Mali Compute office in Chiang Mai
About Mali Compute

A Small Team That Takes Technical Work Seriously

We started Mali Compute because AI integration work was being done too quickly, without enough care for the people who would depend on it. We do it differently.

Our Story

How Mali Compute Came to Be

Mali Compute was founded in Chiang Mai in 2021 by a small group of engineers who had noticed a pattern: businesses were adopting AI tools at a reasonable pace, but the connections between those tools and their existing software were being rushed, poorly documented, and left to wobble without ongoing attention.

The name comes from a simple idea — mali, the Thai jasmine, is a flower known for being arranged into careful garlands, each blossom linked to the next in a tidy, considered order. That image felt right for what we do: linking systems together in a way that holds.

We work with a small number of clients at a time. That is deliberate. It means each engagement receives proper attention, and every person we work with knows who is looking after their integration.

Our Mission

To make AI integration work that businesses in Thailand — and beyond — can actually depend on. Not impressive-looking connections that fail quietly, but considered, documented links tended with care over time.

  • Thoughtful scoping before anything is built
  • Clear, readable documentation at every stage
  • One named engineer per client, always
  • Ongoing attention for integrations that matter

How We Work

Standards We Hold to

These are the practical commitments that shape every project, from the first assessment to the last monthly report.

Tested Before Handover

Every integration is tested under realistic conditions before we transfer it to you. We do not deliver connections that have only been checked in development environments.

Readable Documentation

Our handover documents are written for the person who will maintain the system — not for another developer. Plain language, clear diagrams, no assumed knowledge.

Data Handling Care

Integrations that move data between systems are designed with appropriate access controls. We follow PDPA-aware practices relevant to operating in Thailand.

Upstream Monitoring

AI service APIs change. Tending Service clients are notified of upstream changes before they affect live connections, not after.

Single Point of Contact

You communicate with one named engineer throughout. We avoid the confusion that comes from rotating team members on client work.

Plain-Language Updates

Progress updates and monthly reports avoid technical jargon unless you want it. We translate the work into terms that help you make decisions.

Our Approach

AI Integration Work in Chiang Mai

Mali Compute operates from Nimmanhaemin Road in Su Thep, a district known for its considered approach to both design and technology work. That setting shapes how we think about our services. Integration work done here is unhurried, thorough, and designed to last.

Businesses in Thailand are at a practical point with AI adoption. The tools exist, the use cases are clear, and the question is no longer whether to connect them — it is how to do so dependably. That is the work we focus on. We assess existing systems, build connections that function reliably, and maintain them so they continue to function as both your software and the AI services evolve.

Our three-service structure — Link Assessment, Connected Build, and Tending Service — is designed so that each stage is a natural step rather than a sales escalation. A client who completes a Link Assessment has a clear, documented picture of their options. They can act on that picture with us or with someone else. We prefer clients who choose us because the fit is right, not because they feel committed.

The team at Mali Compute holds experience across API design, enterprise software integration, and AI service connectivity. Our work draws on practical knowledge of the systems businesses in Southeast Asia actually use, not just the tools that dominate in other markets.
